In December 2021, Sandra succeeded Richard Northey as PGF Group Board Chair. Sandra has over 20 years’ experience in executive leadership roles with iconic New Zealand brands specialising in marketing strategy, digital transformation and organisational expansion. After three years as CEO of the Middlemore Foundation, the charitable trust associated with the Counties Manukau District Health Board, Sandra is currently on sabbatical working for her family business in the Waikato. Alongside her role as Chair for the PGF Group, she also sits on the Asia Pacific Advisory Board Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) Council.
