PGF Group is a non-profit organisation and a registered charitable entity under the Charities Act 2005.

We provide treatment for people who may be experiencing gambling harm and provide free, professional and confidential counselling services for both gamblers and affected others. Our dedicated public health team work to raise awareness of gambling harm and are committed to health promotion that contributes to safer gambling practices through community education and the development of regulations and standards. We welcome people getting involved and supporting the our cause.

Our work is predominantly funded by the Ministry of Health, with funds received from the gambling levy. In addition, our advocacy work is funded from our own resources and from donations received from generous supporters who are passionate about preventing the harms that gambling can cause.

As a registered charity (registration number: CC23709) your donation may be eligible for a tax credit. Receipts are available on request, please email accounts@pgfnz.org.nz if you would like to request a receipt.
